you should never judge a hooman on their race. the correlations break down when the target population is a filtered subset judge them instead on their accents

e.g. if ur in tech and are judging ur manager u r fine as long as they speak in a mid-atlantic english accent. if however they say “yo wassup we need you to vibe with us so we can do the na ga needful la” then i dunno maybe dig a bit deeper to check for culture fit
