having the government to do sth is like having the ego do sth. it has will get the job done (through force if necessary) but it'll siphon off an inordinate amount of the value to puff up its present and future importance overtime this turns into codependency
this is incidentally y government projects in china r so efficient. they don't need to siphon off value b/c it's exceedingly obvious how Important and Critical gov is. it's *already* a codependent relationship. no marketing budget needed.
