      hate is not that dangerous of an emotion. it’s the all bark and no bite. it’s anger that’s dangerous. unlike hate which drives out other emotions, anger can be combined with cold calculation, poisoning your actions even while you think yourself rational & reasonable

          the point is not to be happy ALL the time but to not NEED to be happy the strategy of ' i NEED to be happy b/c otherwise i WON'T be happy' *seems* logical but makes about as much sense as only breathing in b/c you love breathing SO much.

          trying to literally achieve Perfect Understanding is like trying to watch all the youtubes "100% coverage" exists as a theoretical concept but w/ 500 hrs of video uploaded every minute u r going to be depressed if u actually measure ur progress
