If you can't stand living your life to the fullest you should take a break and try living it better

The better off we are. The more crazy things we think we should be doing. The more we think we are the more we practice. The more we practice we become more stable. Our mental models are fixed. Our lives revolve around them.

One big way to solve this problem is to get rid of the distinction between a human and a machine.
