If culture is defined as a specific domain under a specific "God", all evil arises from a different culture. Cats are cats, mice are mice. Aliens breathe cyanide and die from oxygen. Vice versa. There is no "Evil" Every culture uses a different "Garbage Dumb" for their shadow.

This is why the Holocaust is so emphasized in history books. There are similar mass murders in history but the Holocaust was the first in "Developed Civilized Non-Savage Scientific Method Western Countries" It was too close to be written off as "just an alien culture."

An additional 12.5% percent of the problem is related to personal relationships. E.g. a colleague steals your work, cheats, etc.. "How can X kind of people be so morally BAD." Because there is a declaration of absolute badness, it's basically an accusation of Evil.

The first step is to accept that you are indeed, calling X or the entire group of X as Evil. This is hard because the specific crime often doesn't fit the accusation of EVIL. However, these everyday feelings are equal/greater than the feeling created by Big Events on the News.

This means that instead of solving the Big Problems of the world to resolve the question of evil you can start solving the everyday problems and do the same thing. E.g. ask why WON'T you humanize your colleague?

So the first 50/25/12.5 percent of the problem can be summarized as: Resolving self-hate. Resolving other-hate. Resolving mundane-hate.

Another 6.25% would be "serious hate". E.g. if you dislike people like Musk/Oil Barons. People who are obviously Doing Big Important Stuff but don't seem to be all that moral. This is the "Why doesn't my moral superiority give me greater worldly power!!!" complaint.
