      Trusting the process is the same as acceptance. A kink is viewing the world as a bag of processes and wanting to be in the "right" process instead of seeing only one process (ur life). trust process -> accept process -> accept yourself -> be yourself. acceptance IS integration

      Aside: the word "yourself" is pretty weird. The "you" in "your" is also self so "yourself" means "self's self". Which either means 1/ The mask you wear OR 2/ accpetance/integration of both selves
