the ability to 'not take your self seriously' is one of the things that makes it easier to get into other states of mind like blissful oneness or flow. If you HAVE to be good at sex or MUST win the the tennis match then that seriousness is the *the* blocker.

sure you can brute force it with massive amounts of technique, practice, memorization, etc...(all basically variations of forceful control over the external environment) but dropping the seriousness and engaging play makes things a lot easier.

This also means “you” can’t project management your way into enlightenment unless you truly find that fun. Most people do not. They have fun the same way you have fun filling your car with gas. In UX terms, it’s “excise”
