Let's say you are a hobbit at work. Elves only care about status. Dwarves only care about money. Humans only care about power.

Out of an elf/human/dwarf, which one would your rather have as a manager? If upper management were all humans, would you be comfortable? What if all the hobbits were being replaced by elves or dwarves? How willing are you to learn about all these difference races?

Dwarves and elves seem to favor their own kind, forming groups. Humans, in their power seeking, seem to either see beyond race as a way a pragmatically achieving more power. OR are very racist to feel powerful over elves/dwarves/hobbits.

2020 is pretty funny: Dwarves were all "With Money I shall fear nothing!" Elves were all "With Status I shall fear nothing!" Humans were all "With Power I shall fear nothing!" COVID-19 was like "lol wut's up everybody."
