      "All of humanity's problems stem from man's inability to sit quietly in a room alone." This is normally used as "look at me I meditate" virtue signaling but it has a depressive truth: The default answer to "What r u doing?" absent busy-ness is: "Slowly dying." Not easy to do..

      Our ancestors (who didn't have internet) did a lot of quietly sitting alone. Humanity still had problems then.
