When Sai plays against the number #1 ranked player Koyo, Sai wins. In the post analysis however Hikaru finds a moves that allows Koyo to win. The "Divine Move" then reveals itself. It's the moment that Sai realizes that Hikaru is his spiritual successor.
More abstractly, these sorts of "Divine Moments" are actual specific moments. But they are always *outside* the game. Hikaru was playing for Sai (since Sai is a ghost) and so was part of the whole game but also an outsider, outside the ideas of winning/losing.
The Divine Moment is the realization that "I will live on, I am no longer needed."
The moment the finite game ends is the moment the infinite game reveals itself.
