Probably the worst piece of advice consistently given to younger people is some version of “your 20s don’t matter, relax.” Every successful person I know started planting seeds in their 20s. The law of compounding interest applies to more than money.
That’s b/c a they’re all variations on “everyone is gonna die, what does it matter”. It’s true and useful to meditate on, but often not what someone needs at vulnerable moments of life doubt.
