Similar to how only a story has a beginning/climax/ending, only a concept can be "True". Reality can be determined with a single sensor but true-ality is built on conceptual consensus.

Every conflict is about truth, both internal and external. And because the external has to always arise as part of the internal consciousness, all conflict boils down to an internal understanding of truth.

There's a buddhist story where someone criticizes a monastery for not doing anything despite all the terrible stuff in the world. The rebuttal was that the monastery was saving "worlds" as well.
