      I think what's happening is that there's a stream of conscious arising and that you label them into type A(body) or type B(ego). Instead of ABBBABBB you've shifted to BAAABAAA but as a fun experiment try and label them all as CCCCCCCCC.

      Coincidence haha, chose it b/c it was after B. In this analogy consciousness would be like the background on which all drawings are drawn. No matter if the feeling is in 3rd person or 1st person it's always still a "foreground" arising on a "background".

          So it’s more like layers, rather than a house. Awareness is the base layer, then pure sensation, then mass ego and its constructs (identity, religion, society), then personal ego. Personal ego and mass/societal ego aren’t exactly separate seeing as they feed off each other.
