I *do* think it's possible. E.g. imagine Arjuna killing his loved ones w/ glee on the battlefield in a dramatic expression of the Will of the Universe. 'full enjoyment of every moment' is easy when there's no understanding of responsibility.
Hedonism is probably the most difficult religion to reach the height of. You have to be able to say w/ a straight face in any situation: "I was put on this earth to have fun."
