Was trying to compress the left vs right conflict into a archetypical conflict explainable to a 5 year old: "Unlike children, adults don't have other adults to tell them what is Good or not so they go crazy. You'd go crazy too, but know that you are Fundamentally Good."
Easiest to do this when the parent still plays the role of God. e.g. expressed during infancy. Once human fallibility is noticed it's difficult for the child to fully believe the parent w/o a working God recipe.
