I think any Anger can be dispelled by thinking specific thoughts This is understood for positive feelings which are more brittle. Thinking too much kills the moment. Negative feelings are far more robust but it's still possible IMO.

Instead of relying on complex moral frameworks for categorizing and labelling people it's better to ask a simple question "Where is Force masquerading as Power?"

It's like playing a game where you die or lose a lot. The most frustrating part is not knowing why and not knowing how to improve. The Force/Power question shows you were attacked while the moral judgement technique only gives you a bad approximation.

Judging an entire human requires far more information, huge models, accuracy of analysis, etc.. and it will always be wrong in the long term just like weather predictions. It's better to focus in on the specific behavior.
