E.g. This person at work was pushing hard on a set of features and I "thought" I was angry b/c it indicated lack of project/product management skills, throwing over the wall, greed, etc... The 'anger' dissipated when I realized what I was "really" angry about:

Instead of relying on complex moral frameworks for categorizing and labelling people it's better to ask a simple question "Where is Force masquerading as Power?"

It's like playing a game where you die or lose a lot. The most frustrating part is not knowing why and not knowing how to improve. The Force/Power question shows you were attacked while the moral judgement technique only gives you a bad approximation.

Judging an entire human requires far more information, huge models, accuracy of analysis, etc.. and it will always be wrong in the long term just like weather predictions. It's better to focus in on the specific behavior.
