The biggest change is that abdominal breathing is more natural and is a default state more than chest breathing. Also feel happier/calmer, sleep better, but that also coincides w/ me taking time off work so I dunno.
It's also easier to suck out marijuana from a vape pen... : / Also, while walking I revert to chest breathing. Something about how the pelvic floor is involved w/ abdominal breathing. Will need to explicitly practice that and see what happens.
