Definitely have plenty of those. Wish I had journaled more in the past as my mind is completely different now (Ironically, I ignore this advice / wish for my present self) I also wonder what portion of the hyper journey (for the mind) cannot be put into words
Different parts of the self may be at different stages. Sometimes it feels like parts of the mind are yelling at or criticizing another. Like yelling across a lake. The intent is good but the receiver only hears the violence of the yelling.
