Skills are like growing vines. They take time. Providing a trellis is giving it room and potential. There are aspect of passion that is engineered in that you have to consciously create empty barren space to be filled with life.

The 'engineering' mindset can only do this mansion creation. It's as of yet still pretty stupid compared to Nature. If it's overactive, it doesn't 'serve' the growing life and instead kills it indirectly by exposing it to too much world.
