It’s why micro managing managers seem like dicks. What the scared flame can do is banish or accept but it should never stoop to managing individual torches itself as if light were a rare resource.

An issue with slow powerful movements is similar to how most “good” drivers just fade into the background. They don’t “feel” powerful.

Encountering a bad driver makes you feel weak which makes you want to be strong which can create more bad drivers. Assholeness is justified the more assholeness is encountered. (Broken window effect at the psyche)
