does this guy strike you as a threat? if so, why? I've been searched once in my life after a crazy neighbor called 911 & told them i was trying to break into his truck (i most certainly wasn't, but the cop didn't know that) - cop was almost painfully polite, the search cursory

My most positive interpretation is that if a community subconsciously thinks "We'd prefer if our neighborhood has less black people.", then it has a shadow that attaches to policemen b/c they self-select into shadow resonance roles. The community gets what it 'wants'.
