When you look at all the things that are bothering you, at their root - there really is a rather small set of them, isn't there?
Often time the core physical feeling behind the storm of a mental drama is a kind of uncomfortable tightness in the stomach (for me). Lately have been trying to just sit with that feeling rather than indulge the mental drama.
