      If the cost of healthcare were cut 75%, which appears straightforwardly achievable, arguing about who pays for it would seem much less important. Healthcare parasite institutions oppose changes. But the political class also benefits from the argument. No incentive to fix.

      Very cool idea. Maybe that’s how fasting works. By limiting resources, parasites and parasitic processes are revealed.
