A lot of beautiful modern houses with a lot of glass look really pretty but don't feel cozy enough to live in. They're too 'open'. For marketing? The "living potential" information hits my brain at a far higher density than a large wood block cabin.

Why isn't there fear of lack of home? The most common reason is not having fully 'left the nest'. The wild and free seed is actually just an exploring root.

If you can think "I'll just go back home". Then why would you need another one? You can't have 2 homes. (Though you can have 200 houses)

You can't fully immerse yourself in a journey and come out the other side into a new reality (and new home) if you never truly leave. Death and distance used to be mechanism to force a journey. But constant connection and longer lifespans prevent these journeys.

Like watching our home island disappear from the horizon. This is the battle with Self or True Loneliness. It's best to bring a few gods with you to help as cannon fodder...
