Killing god killed the competition. It became "Who has the most likes" instead. "On whom does the light-of-heaven (studio spotlights) shine the most?"

You know what I think made the U.S. great? It was a giant reality show called "Who is the world's greatest leader?" It was a fierce competition. And I think there was a religious component to it as well. Because leadership measured your closeness to god.
