Relationships are a big example. When you’re with someone fun and new, *everything* feels fun and new. Even simple things like sitting in a park.

New games, countries, experiences, etc... are similar. When you’re experiencing something new, you have permission to just BE.

The older you get, the more fears you acquire. Eventually you can cut yourself off from newness entirely and everything feels stale.
