"Changing the world" is mostly about changing people. For most people, changing the world involves making your world of people smaller and easier to change.

"Change the world" is a problematic concept to begin with. The scope is hard to manage. It often comes with the exact good intentions that pave the road to hell.

No more literal frontiers anymore. the only frontiers left are inner space (spirituality, psychedelics) and outer space. Both of these reject/transcend the world at the end though.
