Everything single thought that you have is narcissistic in essence. There's no way for "you" to have a thought without "you" being part of that thought. Every thought has a thinker and that thinker is always "you".

Calling someone "Narcissistic" actually means "Refuses to acknowledge this self-narcissism". Though only a Narcissist would actually condemn someone else as a Narcissist.

Usually when they say "narcissism", people are pointing to the same referent that "pride" or "vanity" was used to indicate in the past.
