To fold in antifragility you can say that the ship and crew as a unit is antifragile. The more stress it experiences the more adaptive it becomes to its environment.

The ability to gain “experience” through movement in the world is imo the heart of antifragility. Following an algorthm blindy, burying gold, buying lottery tickets, etc... none of these provide personal growth.
