The harshest judgement you can make towards someone is implying that they're not doing enough. That it's not enough just to be. It is the harshest judgement because it boomerangs back and hits you as well.

When implying that something should have happened instead of some other thing you reject reality. There is no such thing as unworthiness of having happened. There is only an aspect of 'truth' that you haven't yet accepted.
