A typical high status' signal is slowness, both in movement, speech, and action. The less you have to "do", the more powerful you are. I mean, look at God. Literally does nothing.

I think you're talking about Effortless Action here. We could we say that appropriate uses of power may still be applied directly at some intensity and without much hesitation. The wisdom inherent is knowing that a little too much power applied is Way Too Much Power applied.
Effortless action only makes sense when judging good or bad through the context of a human life though. A single human cannot have godview over the butterfly effect downstream results over *all* of time.
