Also, I think we can actually have an even higher GDP through highly engaged employees while also working less. A lot of businesses with flat management structures are showing increased productivity and employee and customer satisfaction.
Every country can increase its GDP by infecting their population with workaholicism. The question is if you should. A ‘successful’ culture builds in a natural immunity in the later years and a vulnerability in the early adult years.
