What troubles me most is that American society is becoming/ has become rooted in extremes. There is no moderation. Look at the protests now. It stared as being about police killings of black men. Now it is anything and everything that ever was or is offensive to black America.
Everyone wants understanding but anger twists it into: “I’ll make you understand me by making you feel the fear I felt.” The tragedy is that long term and with a lot of blood... it eventually works...
