On the individual side. Anything can be a story and anyone, including yourself, can be a hero, if you’re creative enough to create something beautiful and coherent within constraints.

Just as a story coheres by picking out selective events from reality, a hero appears by picking out selective traits and behaviors and forgetting the rest. Leaders become the heroes by selectively showing up and always with a story to tell in hand.
