A manager is essentially a gatekeeper. They don't have to and shouldn't do anything. They merely need to be socially accepted as having good "taste". That they can spot greatness, grow it, and reject that which doesn't have it.
The fundamental flaw of the Manager archetype is that by gatekeeping and protecting the keys to heaven (resources) they mistake themselves as the light of heaven itself. They don't see that if everyone in the world were good managers, then the world wouldn't operate.

Higher vampires will empower you if they deem you worthy, passing on the thirst. Otherwise they may just eat or toy with you. Vampires see only Zombies and other Vampires.
