A sense of superiority that requires constant gatekeeping to maintain combined with a misinterpretation of what a no-blame culture is creates unchecked arrogance that for some reason considers itself humble.

Arrogance is usually kept in check by social repercussions of overstepping your bounds. A no-blame cultures combined with gatekepping tendencies creates a license to presume and force upon others what you think is good for them while shielding yourself from repercussions.

Others are forced to smile and say “Yeah, more of that please, that feels so good.” Everyone thinks they’re getting better and better when in reality things are just getting more and more plastic. (Which to be fair, brings about a degree of robustness)
