Schools are like that book that has been filed under two different categories on Amazon, education and childcare. People say it belongs to the former, but most find it looking for the latter.
There *are* two aspects to education imo. Basic education is about teaching how to follow, which is a skill similar to having good taste. Higher education is about teaching the opposite, what *not* to follow, which then eventually leads to learning how to lead.
