      Individuals have a position in their growth process, as do systems and subsystems. There is an inflection point where personal maturity passes societies maturity. (Or their families, or their companies)

      Passing the inflection point of maturity is very scary. Like jumping into a cold dark oceans. The benefit however is the higher perspective that gives you a much higher OODA loop rate.

      The rationalist manipulates the irrational like pieces on a chess board. Things just make sense and are easy. They don’t get why people are so dumb.
