A thing that would never have occurred to me in advance: Once I unstuck some of my emotional range, reduced anxiety, some things started bothering me *more* because it was legitimate to be bothered by them and they were worse in contrast to my background emotional experience.

Oof. Yeah. Management don't actually want a healthier, better connected, base of employees because then they might experience horrible terrible thoughts like "self-worth" and "organising against us" which gets in the way of the divide and rule program.
