I'm lifting and dieting but the scale stays at the same level. What are the chances that I'm gaining muscle at the same rate I'm losing fat?

Same chance as the moon’s rotation being the same as it’s orbit around earth. (I believe that the same mechanism that creates muscle gain also causes fat gain. E.g bulking phase and cutting phase)
