What's your theory as to why millennials are the loneliest and most isolated generation?

Too “liquid” from Liquid Modernity. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Late_modernity … Even incentives seem whack. E.g. i’ve seen in companies where a senior position is available and a person is qualified (confirmed in writing!) they are prevented from promo in favor of a new person.
”give me a reason to stay” is a new problem that comes from rapidly gained new freedoms.
