To have proper conversations across world-views you need both (1) insane intellectual sharpness and (2) insane emotional empathy. This is why ~ no one has them and when 2 people find they can have them they can't let go of one another. The 2x2 has a basically empty quadrant
One trap is feeling that understanding via the knife of analysis is empathy. True empathy IMO doesn’t cut or try to impress or solve anything.
