That’s not the context in which I took your comment. My bad there. Still, what’s the AFG constitution worth? It’s not like the former government actually governed anything.
The category error that everyone is missing is AFG has, at least in our lifetimes, never actually been governed. The idea that the Taliban just show up and now suddenly there’s an entirely cohesive government that’s not wildly dependent on foreign aide blows my mind.
