While not an expert on Nimruz I’m curious to understand more about what might actually be going on there. Suspect it’s far more complicated than being reported?
Sorry, of course it does -- that was poor/sloppy shorthand for a more complicated dynamic, with regard to illicit economies and regional influences. (As the work I linked to explores in more nuanced detail than my tweet...)
