Report hasn't covered 'civilian' casualties criteria, for e.g, it's impossible to go to those areas & find out that those were civilians or armed groups members. Also, armed groups never allow ppl to speak openly & they never accept their casualties & always call it as civilians.
And we keep hearing how critical air support is, as in the one thing preventing Taliban gains.
