Peace is unlikely in Afghanistan as long as leadership's personal benefits take precedence over the benefits of the Nation. We will have to wait for much longer.

Why would Ghani need Abdullah’s advice on anything? Abdullah doesn’t have any legitimacy and authority. Abdullah has lost his political career, and no one is on his side anymore. And let’s not deceit ourselves. Ghani is acting like a king with total power.
