Fair point. Tweeting with too broad a brush. (but now that you've raised it, l thought they were meant to leave most of those shortly, ex Bagram/RSHQ? This is of course not official and could be incorrect, but I thought they were drawing down and out of MeS and maybe Kandahar?)
That’ll depend greatly on what happens after the US election & how the intra-Afghan talks progress. I mean, yes, the goal is to eventually get out of those places (per the US-#Taliban agreement) but the timeline for doing so remains uncertain.
