100% agreed on who has been excluded from representation, the council is heartbreakingly exclusionary Just curious to see if Karzai tries to address this somehow -- either thru pushing for changes to the council, or setting up a ppls dialogue...or is this abt something else?

Pdt Ghani's strategy for peace can be qualified as "dithering" over the past 6 yrs. This has had a high cost:76,000 Afgh deaths + blood & treasure for the int'l coalition. Leaders in Afg hv come to the conclusion that Ghani's dithering lead for peace can no longer be trusted.

FmrPdt Karzai+majority of Afgns suspect Pdt Ghani of hijacking d peace process w delaying tactics to complete his 5 year term. Afghn polticians &the Int'l community just want peace & stability after troop exit. Ghani's maneuverings are seen as pushing his personal agenda.
