With due respect Mrs. Jackson, you were one of among many "westerners" peddling the term 'warlord' in your writings - meaning this article refers to you and your work.
I've always tried to use that word with caution, trying to deconstruct it (definitely never intending to, like, promote such lazy shorthand).
But even if you disagree -- shouldn't the scholars @mebtikar is talking about (above all) be the ones reading, listening to her?
